Current situation of infusion flexible packaging market in China
infusion, commonly known as drip, is an effective method for hospitals to supplement nutrition for patients and remove pain. According to relevant statistics, there are about 300 infusion production enterprises in China, with a production capacity of nearly 3 billion bottles and bags. More than 95% of these infusion solutions are packed in glass bottles, which are large, fragile and difficult to transport. Therefore, a large number of damages are produced in the production and transportation process, which seriously affects the economic benefits of the factory and the use of the hospital. In the European, American and Japanese markets, in addition to the glass bottle packaging for high-grade nutritional infusion, the conventional infusion packaging has been replaced by high-quality plastic bottles and hoses
since the production of polypropylene rigid plastic infusion bottles by Tianjin dada company in the early 1980s, Chinese infusion packaging enterprises have gradually begun to use plastic containers instead of traditional glass bottles as infusion packaging. Plastic flexible packaging infusion containers have many advantages, such as small volume, light weight, low damage rate, which can save a lot of transportation and storage costs. In particular, modern science and technology have been used to complete the automatic production of infusion under sterile conditions, thus shortening the production links of infusion, simplifying the operation steps, and reducing the operators
at present, 26 factories in China have introduced production lines with slightly increased tensile strength of all kinds of plastic flexible packaging infusion, including 13 soft bag infusion production lines, which are distributed in 12 provinces and cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Jilin, Liaoning and Shaanxi for 20 ° angle deflection axial tension experiments, West, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Guangdong, Anhui and Zhejiang, with the total production capacity accounting for about 5% of the total national infusion packaging production. With the gradual improvement of people's living standards and the strengthening of the promotion work of soft plastic infusion packaging manufacturers, soft plastic infusion packaging has gradually been accepted by the medical packaging market
however, some problems have been found in the production and use of infusion flexible packaging, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. The lack of strong supporting technical support in equipment introduction and digestion and absorption makes some highly automated equipment unable to be put into production for the time being, and some machines are even idle in the warehouse for a long time
2. Packaging materials and supporting sterilization and leak detection equipment are not produced in France at the moment. Membrane materials such as medical polyethylene or polypropylene particles or PVC composite membrane have been tested by SGS, an international authority, and supporting pipe fittings abroad
3. The enterprise lacks technicians and workers who are proficient in management and operation. Since a large number of soft infusion production equipment come from abroad, they have many functions, such as sound, light, electricity, steam and so on, which makes the management and operation extremely complex. If employees lack knowledge of mechatronics, it is difficult to control these European and American advanced equipment
even if there is such a situation or problem that the export growth of China's extruder products will show steady progress, the momentum of domestic infusion production enterprises to adopt soft plastic infusion packaging remains unabated. According to incomplete statistics, more than 20 factories have been actively investigating the soft plastic infusion packaging market, production technology and equipment at home and abroad recently, and are preparing to introduce new production equipment and technology this year and next. It is expected that the production and market of soft plastic infusion packaging in China will develop steadily in the next 10 years
